We wanted to love this place and genuinely came to support a Black-owned business, but our experience was terrible overall. * Chicken Wings: Served cold. We informed staff, but nothing was done to fix it. * Oxtail: Extremely saltyβ€”almost inedible. * Jerk Chicken: Terribly prepared and lacked flavor. * Fried Rice: The shrimp inside was undercooked and cold. The service overall was practically non-existent; with one clear exception. Kudos to Yaw, who was doing a fantastic job, trying his absolute best, and clearly caring about the customer experience. Unfortunately, he was stretched thin handling far too many tables while the rest of the staff seemed clueless. Despite the terrible meal, we still left a generous tip to support the business and Yaw's hard work. Shockingly, no one else even bothered to pick up the checkbook or say a simple "thank you for dining with us." Yaw deserves better support from his team, but as for the food and overall establishment, save your money; do not come here.

I came here with a friend over Father’s Day weekend, on Saturday. I appreciate that The Waters Grill is a black owned restaurant. My friend and I enjoyed the Beautiful views near the water. Delicious fish tacos, sweet plantains not so sweet (overcooked). Fresh asparagus, well seasoned, tasty mac n cheese and rice & beans. Didn’t care for the fish fritters, bland & cooked hard. Simple menu not an extensive one. Live DJ, good mix of old school & new reggae and R&B. If you’re looking for atmosphere then this is it. Seating indoors and outdoor patio. Good to make reservations in advance. Came as a walk-in. There was a 20 minute wait. Sat at the bar in the meantime. Watched the soccer game on the large screen TV until myself and company were seated at a table. Ordered 1 non-alcoholic drink at the bar the bartender took all of 20 minutes to make it. I will say it was starting to get busy but still it was a simple drink. My friend wand up taking it to our table. Food also took some time to come out in particular the fish tacos (long wait). Manager did make an adjustment. I would like to come back but hoping I will have a better experience with the food and drinks. I would like to see a

My friend and I decided to check out The Water Grill, and we really enjoyed ourselves. We visited on a Thursday, and they had karaoke night. The DJ kept everyone engaged, playing and singing classic hits that created a fun atmosphere. We started with a few mojitos and appetizers, including the jerk chicken and cod fritters. The appetizers were okay, but the music, drinks, and overall vibe made for a great evening. My friend ordered the steak with asparagus and mac and cheese, which she rated a 3/5. While it wasn’t exceptional, she still enjoyed her meal. The service was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely return to unwind, enjoy some food and drinks, and soak in the good vibes.

Lovely setting on the out-door deck of the restaurant. Beautiful inside if you choose to dine in, but watching the sunset while enjoying my meal, was like in Negril Jamaica πŸ‡―πŸ‡² listening to the live Kareoke. The Oxtail spring-roll was litπŸ‘πŸ˜with that Tambrin Sauce. The Red Stripe Shrimp 🍀 was a turn on Foodies. The Nice sized Fried Escoviesh Snapper Fish with the Pickled Bell Peppers 🌢 had a different Buzz. I enjoyed my meal overall and Belly full. Great customer service from Shawn and Alfred. He made sure everything was on point. I topped off my meal with a delicious White Sangria.Thank you to the The Waters Grill Hudson Park. I shall return 10 OUTTA 10

We had one of the amazing dining experience of our lives. We threw a retirement party for 12 pax and had a prefixe menu family style. The set up, promptness, superb detail and service is impeccable. The food esp the oxtail is sooo good! Worth coming back for. Shoutout to our server Domingo!
